Akashic Records
Put simply, the Akashic Records are the archive of the universe. They are thought of as a collection of the energetic imprints of all thoughts, emotions, events, and experiences throughout time and everyone's multiple lifetimes. Some spiritual teachers say that we can access our own records and learn from what we have experienced in other lives, to help us in our current life. It is a concept that goes back to ancient times in Hindu and Buddhist teachings.
Chakras
This is the term given to the subtle energy centres within our bodies, first described in ancient Vedic scriptures of Hinduism in India. Many different chakra systems developed, but in the Western world the most common chakra system is the 7-chakra system. Each chakra is in a different location on the central line of the body, and has attributed to it a name, colour, symbol and physical/emotional influence. It is useful to know about them because we can use them to identify where our energy may be blocked, affecting our mental and physical health. We can then focus on how to release the energy so that it can flow again, restoring our health and wellbeing. These are the seven major chakras from the base of the torso upwards: 1) Root, 2) Sacral, 3) Solar Plexus, 4) Heart, 5) Throat, 6) Third Eye, 7) Crown. Dimensions - 3D, 4D, 5D
When we are described as living ‘in the 3rd dimension’ or ‘moving to the 5th dimension’, this isn’t describing a quantum place – it is a state of consciousness. The 3D is a state that is unawakened, where we are not living a spiritual life but struggling to achieve through effort, in a state of separateness and lack. We are judgemental of, and in competition with others. The 4D state is a is a gateway to the 5D state. It is when we start to awaken to the possibility that there is more to life than what can be perceived through our senses. There is an enhanced longing to find one’s meaningful purpose and an increase in compassion for others. The 5D state is one that comes from the understanding that we are all connected. There are stronger feelings of appreciation for others and no judgement of others’ life paths. Intuition and psychic abilities increase and there is acceptance of the existence of angels, spirit guides and other entities.

Law of Assumption
This is a manifestation principle that says if you assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled you will see it manifest into your life. Imagine how you will feel when you get what you desire and step into those feelings. When you get used to having it in your life, will you feel more relaxed, confident, happy? Will you no longer feel anxious, nervous or have low self-esteem? Assuming those feelings and characteristics aligns us with the energy needed for manifestation.
Law of Attraction
The law of attraction is a manifestation principle that states you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to is what will come back to you. When you focus on the abundance of good things in your life, you will automatically attract more positive things into your life. But if you focus on negative thoughts and only focus on what you lack in life, then you will ultimately attract negativity into your life and what you want most will continue to elude you.
Lightworkers
Lightworkers are 'old souls' who have incarnated many times before. They are people who have incarnated with the intention and deep desire to bring light and positive change to whoever they can. The world is in the midst of an unprecedented time of spiritual evolution, and souls are incarnating on the planet to raise the vibration and positivity of the world in different ways, such as healing, teaching, channelling, working with nature or anything that is for the general good.
